I recently had my pantry remodeled by Portland Closet Company, and it was an absolute pleasure working with my designer, Rose. She listened attentively to my preferences and incorporated them seamlessly into the design. She even made a few adjustments to ensure it was just perfect. My pantry transformed from a plain, builder-grade space into a custom masterpiece.Ian, the construction manager, ensured that the installation was scheduled to fit my needs perfectly. Liam, the installer, was meticulous and respectful of my property. The installation went very smoothly. Liam showed me how to adjust the shelves and pull-outs, and he cleaned up and left my house as good as new.I highly recommend the entire team at Portland Closet Company.

Fine workmanship, quality components, smart style closet systems designed and installed by excellent, reliable, personable people.

I had PCC build a custom closet island for me based on my dimensions.Guess what?.. I measured wrong! After some conversations, PCC rebuilt the island without as much as an eye roll.Yes, I did have to pay for the rebuild, but it was very reasonable.Great job, guys!!

Portland closet company built and installed a new reach-in closet for me after my old one broke and failed. They were quick to come out to my location in southeast Portland, get me a quote, and get me on their install calendar. I am very happy about the new closet they built for me.

I hired Portland closet company a couple of months ago to install a Murphy bed. I agreed to the price they showed up on time and actually had to make a couple of modifications of the existing trim around the floor. Their communications We’re very professional and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend this company

Liam was fantastic in getting our closets set up! Professional, courteous and finished the work on time!

I started getting quotes a few months ago. Karianne came out and was very transparent with me about what could be done in my price range, where things should go, etc. She made me a virtual video of my room and her design which was the best way for me to visualize her design. Other designers sent me blueprints which made it hard to see the vision. I wanted more drawers than her original vision and was willing to pay the money for it and she was excited to make another design. I fell in love with the design. I paid approximately 7k for this whole thing. The drawers are soft close, one of the shelves by the vanity slides out. It’s not that cheap wood. I would 100% recommend this company to build your dream closet.

We couldn’t be happier with Portland Closet. From the design to the installation to follow through with some adjustments Mo, Ian and their team were professional, eager to please while remaining true to their responsibilities of the company. We highly recommend Portland Closet for any custom made cabinets or closets.

Ian was great in fixing a few blemishes and odds/ends

We had a terrific experience with Portland Closet. We interviewed two companies for a Murphy bed installation. Jackson at Portland Closet was the only one to draw up exactly what we wanted to accomplish with the bed, materials, and some a/v equipment. And then the installation by Jared and Twon was beautifully done. We are very happy with all aspects of the project. Thank you!

I asked Portland Closet Company to repair several closet drawers that had broken, even though they weren't the company that originally built or supplied them (as that company had gone out of business). Ian was amazing at coming out, figuring out what needed to be done, and getting to work fixing and reinstalling each one. I would absolutely use them again for any future closet needs or repairs.

Great communication and attention to detail - I was walked through various options and the design team did a great job of maximizing options within my desired project budget. Installation was clean and I appreciated the attention.

They did our closets for us years ago and when we needed some additional parts, provided them, no problem. They are a great outfit and we will continue to use them for future projects.

Outstanding company. We took a look at both Portland Closet Company and California Closets. Equally cordial and competent designers, but we thought PCC was a better fit in terms of product/price for what we needed. Lucas was our designer and he nailed it! Worked with us to tweak the design in order to ensure all questions/concerns were addressed, then install team knocked it out of the park.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Portland Closet Company and everyone we worked with there. From designing everything with Jackson to Ian working flexibly with our schedule and Antoine doing a fabulous job building the unit, everything was so easy and seamless. The finished product is stunning and even better than we imagined. Thank you all very much for all your hard work! Highly recommend and will be using them for future projects.

We had a repair needed at one of our customers' homes and were not sure who the original manufacturer was. Portland Closets was extremely helpful from start to finish. They assisted in determining whether the installation was theirs, were able to schedule the repair quickly, and accommodated the homeowner's scheduling needs.Communication was excellent throughout the process. Even though the repair was coordinated directly with the homeowner after the initial referral, Portland Closets reached out to us promptly once the work was completed.Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and customer-focused. We would absolutely work with Portland Closets again and would not hesitate to recommend them!

Portland Closet Company designed and installed our main closet years ago and we've been thrilled every day since. Locally owned, easy to work with, excellent ideas, and well worth the investment. When we had a minor problem 10+ years later they exceeded our expectations in responsiveness and professionalism. The technologies and options had since changed but they quickly figured out a fix and solved it for us. Planning to finally update the other bedroom closets given how wonderful they are. Highly recommend.

Portland Closet Company did all the closets in our home and did a great job listening to what we wanted and designing them perfectly. Over the past few years as we have needed another shelf or an accessory or whatever, their service has been so smooth. We made a good choice.

All my guests LOVE comfy bed and I LOVE how easy it is to store, with bedding. They care about their customers because they answer the phone. Product durable and looks fantastic!

Amazing work from the company! Just need something better then what I had in my tiny house and they were able to give me more space.

I absolutely love the work Portland Closet did for me. Everyone was so professional and from working with the designer to the installation things were done so well. I had one small problem and Ian one of the mangages came out and fixed it himself. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs built-ins. Mine is beautiful and makes my living room look so much nicer!

Portland Closet did a fabulous job of designing and installing my closets. Ian managed the project. Kudos to Ian! When I called, he responded. Lucas creatively used every inch of space, adding shelving in a tight closet. What a pleasure to work with this Portland Closet team!

Thank you Alex Epp of Portland Closet for excellent work designing our entry closet, boot station and children's closet. Great attention to detail. The carpenters did an excellent job as well. Communication and follow-up was great. Nice substantial materials. I highly recommend Alex Epp and Portland Closet.

We needed an adjustment to our new cabinets and Ian came out the next day and took care of it! Amazing service and we love our cabinets

You don’t even need to look elsewhere! I looked into a few different companies to build cabinets and floating shelves on either side of our fireplace. But Portland Closet Company checked all my boxes, plus some! Lucas, Kenny, and Ian are all excellent! Lucas answered my million questions with ease and came out 3 different times before install to make sure the product we were going to receive was what we envisioned. I could not be happier. We will definitely be using their services again in the future and recommending to all our friends and family!

Through my residential design company, Arranging Spaces, I have been in contact directly and indirectly with Portland Closet Company multiple times. Many of my clients have looked to Portland Closet to create functional closets, as well as to design and implement other storage areas and work stations. Each design is customized to maximize space, and to meet clients’ exacting requirements. The quality of materials and craftsmanship make for excellent finished products, with a look and function that are client-pleasers. Add to that personable management and staff, and excellent customer service, Portland Closet, in my estimation, deserves greater than a five-star rating.

I can't say enough about Ian Perry, his communication skills are excellent. He is smart, articulate and forward thinking. On a recent project with Portland Closet Co., Ian worked thru final design detail with me on somewhat of a complicated cabinet package. His knowledge of PCC product to get the best final results is refreshing. These folks go out of their way for client satifaction and so lucky to have Ian as part of the team..

Portland Closet Company was recommended by our architect, and we had a great experience. They were easy to work with from the first contact - responsive, generated great design ideas, and also suggestions to simplify the project when it came in a little over our expected budget. They also have very transparent (and competitive) pricing compared to their competitors. The communication regarding scheduling for installation was very smooth, even when we had to change the date to accommodate our remodel that was running behind schedule. The installers were prompt, courteous and left the job site impeccably clean.Highly recommend!

Had several closet companies out to give a quote on a few rooms but I knew right away when we met that Rose at PCC was the designer I wanted to work with. If you are looking for designs that actually fit your space instead of being cookie cutter, and you want to work with a designer who is interested in designing WITH you, look no further. No hard pressure gimmicky sales tactics either. The installers were great too, super fast and efficient. And the closets are beautiful! Exactly what I was looking for. Will be calling on Portland Closet Company again when it's time to do the next set of rooms!

I recently had a great experience with Portland Closet Company, start to finish. I had a very small under-the-stairs closet I wanted converted to a small pantry. They were able to use my rough scribbled diagram/measurements and inspiration photo to come up with a proposal within a day or so, and within my budget. The installation happened about two weeks after I signed the contract, and it was exactly what I wanted. Afterwards I decided I wanted an additional shelf, which they ordered and brought to me quickly. Great experience, great product. I highly recommend Portland Closet Company!
